Steps to Reserve/Purchase a Puppy

1) COMPLETE THE PUPPY CONTRACT:

Please complete the highlighted portions of the contract and sign, then send the Puppy Contract to us by email or by regular mail. Note that the pick-of-litter choice/priority is determined by the order of receipt of the Puppy Contract and Deposit. Both the Deposit AND the signed Puppy Contract must be received by HOPE HILL DOODLES LLC prior to securing your pick-of-litter priority. Thank you!

A completed and signed Puppy Contract will be provided to you in your puppy packet at pick-up time!

Contract overview:
– 2 year health health guarantee, as specified in Puppy Contract.
– We make every possible effort to ensure that your new puppy is in excellent health at the time of purchase.
– The puppy has received the necessary, age appropriate vaccinations and de-worming, and has been examined by a Licensed Veterinarian prior to pick-up.
– You have 72 hours to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.
– HOPE HILL DOODLES is here to help and support you through the lifetime journey with your puppy.
– Payment in-full must be made prior to the Buyer taking ownership of the puppy. Only CASH will be accepted for Balance Due in person. ApplePay, GooglePay, CashApp, Zelle or Check (personal or bank/cashiers) may only be used upon prior approval from Seller and must be made 10 days prior to Pick-up date.
– Deposit provides Buyer with pick-of-litter, based on order of receipt of deposit.
– HOPE HILL DOODLES LLC gladly complies with all of Wisconsin State Statutes and Codes! We are a WI licensed Dog Breeder (WI DATCP License #471582). We are not a puppy mill. Our dogs live with us in our home, sleep in-house and enjoy the freedom of several fenced areas during the day, totaling around 6 acres! Our puppies are raised in the “puppy room,” located in the lower level in our home.

2) SEND YOUR PUPPY DEPOSIT:

Note that the Puppy Contract must be signed when placing your Puppy Deposit or, if no Puppy Deposit was made, prior to your puppy going home with you. This contact is to ensure that everyone involved knows just what is expected during the journey of puppy ownership. Thank you for your understanding.

We will send you a puppy deposit receipt after we receive your deposit payment. We send this out as soon as possible. Please let us know if you have not received confirmation of deposit and/or a receipt. We will be happy to provide one.

3) WATCH YOUR PUPPY GROW:

We will keep you updated on your puppy’s growth with weekly pictures of the litter on our Facebook page @ https://www.facebook.com/hopehilldoodles/. We will also update you with individual pictures and videos when the puppies are 4-5 weeks old. We will then continue to update you with weekly pictures until puppy pick-up. We are happy to answer any questions and will provide you with any information needed during this time. Check out the “Suggestions for your new puppy” email letter, sent with your receipt, while you wait for picking day!

4) SELECT YOUR PUPPY:

Puppy selection is made based on Pick-of-Litter Priority/Order. See the “Available Puppies” page for your litter, which lists this order. Sometime around 5 weeks of age you will be able to pick your puppy. Puppy selection can be done in-person or by pictures, video and/or by video chat (ie: Facetime). You will be assigned a 45 minute spot on picking day for you to make your puppy selection in-person or over-the-phone.

5) TAKE YOUR PUPPY HOME:

Puppies can go home anytime after they reach 7 weeks of age and not before (per Wisconsin state law). However, your puppy is welcome to stay with their litter until they have reached 8 weeks of age. Boarding fees may apply after 8 weeks of age (see Contract details).

Keep in mind that payment must be made in full, with CASH, before your puppy can go home with you, unless prior arrangements have been made for ApplePay, CashApp / GooglePay / Venmo / Zelle / Personal Check payment (click HERE to see our Payment page for details).

Also note that 5.5% WI Sales Tax is due, in addition to your Puppy Payment, for Wisconsin in-state purchases (puppy picked up or delivered in WI).
