Pick-up:

You are welcome (and encouraged) to pick-up your puppy, in-person, directly from our home at HOPE HILL DOODLES LLC. You can then see where the puppy has been raised, meet the parents (in most cases), check out some of your puppy’s litter mates (if they are still here), and meet our family! Pick-up is available sometime when the puppy is between 7-8 weeks of age, but never before they reach 7 weeks old (per Wisconsin state statute).

  Delivery:

We offer FREE delivery for up to 100 miles from HHD LLC (round trip). We will deliver to further distances, when previously arranged, for a fee of $0.65 cents per mile. Some example delivery locations are: Madison/Sun Prairie, WI ($175), Johnson Creek, WI ($200), Milwaukee, WI ($235), Rockford, IL ($260), Chicago, IL ($340), Rochester, MN ($270), Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN ($235).

  Air Shipping:

HOPE HILL DOODLES LLC is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (see About Licensing section of the website). We cannot ship puppies/dogs sight-unseen, a face-to-face transaction is required. This being the case, we are unable to offer Air Cargo shipping. However, we do offer several ways to receive your puppy by Air using one of the following options. 

NOTE: Most Airlines require that your puppy be 8-10 weeks old before flying. Please ensure your puppy meets your Airline requirements for age and size.

1) YOU FLY:
Option 1 is for you (or someone you designate) to fly to Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) airport, or other agreed upon airport (ORD, MSN, RST, other?), and we will meet you there to complete the purchase of your puppy face-to-face. We can provide you with a soft-sided airline approved travel carrier for about $30 (or you can buy one) to fit under your seat on the plane for your return flight (which you could schedule same-day, if desired and available). Depending on the airline, the fee to bring a puppy with you in the cabin is generally around $100.00, in addition to your airline ticket. With this option you would pay for your round-trip airline ticket, the cost to have a pet with you one-way added to your ticket, cost for a soft-sided pet carrier, and a reasonable amount to cover our mileage, parking, etc. to the airport. For example: FREE (courtesy) for Rhinelander-RHI, FREE (courtesy) for Central Wisconsin-CWA, $245 for Minneapolis/St.Paul-MSP and $350 for Chicago-ORD.

2) WE FLY:
Option 2 is for us to fly the puppy to you and meet you at an airport of your choosing. You would need to cover our round-trip airline ticket, one-way in-cabin pet travel, cost for a soft-sided pet carrier, a reasonable amount to cover our mileage, parking, meals, etc. for the trip, and any hotel stay (if overnight stay is required). We can provide you with a quote for this service, if desired. We can also deliver door-to-door, if you are willing to cover the additional cost for car rental.
