MABELLE – Retired

Mabelle is now RETIRED. She is a super affectionate dog with a playful and fun attitude! She as a soft, colorful and wavy-curly coat. She LOVES to sleep as close to us as she can! Mabelle is very small for a F1 Bernedoodle, weighing in at only ~25 pounds! She is new to our breeding program and is being bred to produce Petite/Minature F1b Bernedoodles (Tri’s and Bi’s).

SPECIAL NOTE:
Mabelle is a CARRIER ONLY for DM (see results), but DM in her puppies is ONLY possible if BOTH Parents are carriers. HHD will never breed Mabelle to a stud that is a DM carrier, so DM will never be an issue. None of our Studs are DM Carriers!

DM caused by this mutation is inherited in a recessive fashion with incomplete penetrance, meaning that a dog must inherit two copies of the mutation (one from each parent) in order to develop DM.
